I’ve been seeing Matthew for an ongoing issue with my right tonsil for the last three months. I’m a very anxious person about my health, but he took time to listen to my symptoms and was very reassuring - qualities I have found lacking with other health professionals. I would definitely recommend him as a consultant.

He,and all his clinic staff, were extremely friendly, polite, professional & helpful. Mr Trotter took the time to listen to me and take note of everything I said before fully explaining my audiology test results to me in terms that I could easily understand. His explanation of how it was affecting me was spot on. He conducted a physical examination of not only my ears but also my mouth and nose and when I mentioned Nasal polyps he did a further examination with a scope ruling this out. His advice on how to take things forward was appreciated , both for my hearing and my nasal congestion. Despite it being an extremely busy clinic Mr Trotter made me feel,during my consultation,that I was the only patient there that mattered. I personally thought that the consultation was relaxed but extremely thorough . I was extremely happy with the care and treatment I received in the clinic throughout and in particular by Mr Trotter. The only criticism I can make is that after booking in you are seated in a general waiting room with several other clinics so there is quite a bit of background noise. You are called through by a nurse at the door some distance away and as It is a hearing clinic there was a lot of looking at each other when a name was called ( comedy gold)

what a lovely man, made me feel so at ease. I have anxieties regarding my health but nothing was too much for him. He answered all my questions and wasnt ushering me out the door. would definitely recommend him.
