Mr Trotter was extremely informative and honest with regards to pre surgery and post surgery expectations and management. I felt Mr Trotter gave a personal approach to my consultations and paid great interest in my next educational steps, which made me feel valued as a patient instead of just a number on a page. From the very first appointment, Mr Trotter listened and also explained what was happening. I ended up needing FESS and Septoplasty and the care shown was excellent. Mr Trotter came to see me just before, and then after, my surgery. At my follow up, the same kindness and considerate care was shown. I would highly recommend Mr Trotter and I thank him for his care.
