I had septorhinoplasty on the 15th March with Mr Anari. I had seen two other consultants before him and both of which Made me feel my views on my nose were invalid and ridiculous. Then I found Mr Anari who straight away confirmed everything I was saying with a clear, realistic plan of what surgery we could do and what we could achieve. He was very open with what he would be able to achieve and why. I was told everything I needed to know and had great communication. I can suffer from anaphylaxis due to medication and Mr Anari was very understanding and thorougher about making me feel at ease as possible knowing he had looked into my history. On the day Mr Anari visited me, re went over the plan and made me feel very calm and relaxed. During surgery, it turned out to be a lot more complicated than first thought being told I have a very unique nose and having never seen anything like it before but the results are amazing. After surgery I was able to stay in over night because of my blood pressure and anxiety and was never made to feel like I was over reacting. The staff as well as Mr Anari at Spire Solihull went above and beyond. My nose is very natural looking and as he said he would made a better version of mine. I can now breathe, I feel like I’ve never breathed in air properly before. My sense of smell and taste have improved massively, I didn’t even know how poor it was before! I no longer snore or have a stuffy nose and people have commented on how my voice has changed and I don’t sound nasally anymore. My nose is still very much healing but I can not fault Mr Anaris work or his care. Fantastic thank you so much!

Mr Anari operated on my nose in January 2024 for the removal of a basal cell carcenoma (BCC). The BCC was found by Solihull NHS Dermatology Clinic and, knowing the waiting list, I decided to pay privately realising that time was important. At the first meeting, Mr Anari explained clearly and comprehensively the procedure and my options, both private and NHS. A short time later, he performed the operation and gave advice as to my responsibilities immediately following the procedure. A second consultation took place two months after the operation, further advice being given. My nose is now healing very well, there is minimal scarring - people I meet are surprised how 'normal' it appears. I can thoroughly recommend Mr Anari both as a surgeon and someone who advises most rationally and clearly.

Mr Anari and his team were booked to reconstruct my nose, after fairly extensive MOHS surgery due to a misdiagnosis by my G.P.'s surgery some years before. I wasn't expecting a great result given that two areas of basal cell and squamous cell carcinoma were to be removed, that had been present for some years. I was sad before surgery thinking that might be the last time I'd see my nose as I knew it. I couldn't have been more wrong! I hadn't had the courage to look at the holes in my nose and knew they were fairly bad given the reaction of the medical staff. On the day of the repair operation, Mr Anari came to see me beforehand with a surgeon who was assisting him. They both stitched for hours on that day and I know I had the best surgery available, anywhere. Three months on, it's hard to detect I've had surgery on my nose at all. Mr Anari could easily have just mended the wounds without considering the aesthetics, but he and his colleague, went the extra mile (or 10 miles!) and the results are astonishing. I attended a follow up appointment and thanked Mr Anari profusely, he was just his kind, competent professional, assuring self. I'm sure he gets this reaction all of the time, but it hasn't turned his head, he's approachable and listens to you. You will meet a few great people in your life, Mr Anari is one of them. I will be forever grateful to Mr Anari and his team.

He was very informative and described exactly what procedures were going to happen and the surgery's that would take place. Very scary to begin with and after the first surgery I honestly was shocked and scared on how I would look4 weeks later I had my second operation and still thought it was awful . I have now been discharged after a further 2 months down the line. I still have a few months to continue massaging the area and putting BIO oil on the scars but it's all clearing up and the scaring is fading well.

Collapsed septum, I had a full rhinoplasty surgery. Recovery was fast and pain free. Just uncomfortable as you can imagine. All worth it as I sleep better, not keeping my wife up and excersise is enjoyable again.
