Septoplasty & bilateral sinus surgery 11.10.25 Mr Anari has improved my quality of life significantly following surgery to fix a condition which has plagued me for years. My symptoms included, blocked nose, sinusitis, interrupted sleep and always breathing through my mouth at night. This was my 'normal' and I tolerated it for years believing that was just how I was built with a deviated septum. The realization that there was a physical problem came through CT scans for dental implants which showed completely blocked sinuses. The dental clinic recommended ENT assessment. I was immediately referred through BUPA and consulted with Mr Anari who confirmed that I had a deviated septum and blocked sinuses. The pros and cons were discussed and I opted for surgery. Pre- Surgery preparation included nasal washing and a course of anti-biotics & steroids for 7 days. I was treated as a day patient attending Spire Parkway Solihull between 09:00 & 18:00 The surgery lasted approximately 1.5 hrs. under general anesthetic and I was looked after very well by the medical staff and by Mr Anari who was so kind, caring and interested in making sure my post-op recovery routine was clearly understood by me. Post-op I had further antibiotics, steroids and clotting tablets along with nasal sprays and antibacterial creams to apply. After brief discomfort with breathing through my healing nose at night and 4-5 days of rest I returned to the clinic to have splints removed from my nose. The results were incredible. If I was a V8 engine I had been running on 3 cylinders for most of my life! I was now running on 8 cylinders and completely cured of the symptoms I had been suffering. The benefits are I can breath through my nose perfectly No blocked nose, less need to clear my nose Deeper sleep Improved vocal tonality More oxygen flow into my lungs, better metabolism Thanks to Mr Anari's skillful work there was no aesthetic change to the shape of my nose or anything like that. I can't praise Mr Anari enough for his professionalism and expertise - he has made such a difference to my quality of life. Of course, I wish I had this operation done years ago, but only thankful that it was Mr Anari who did it.

Mr Anari was calm, professional and attentive from my initial consultation with him to the Septoplasty surgery he eventually performed on my nose. The subsequent aftercare from him was also good and he always gave adequate time to listen to me and address my concerns rather than rushing me out like most doctors do nowadays. I had a procedure done by Mr Anari recently on my ear which involved removing a lesion and reconstructing it. He has done the most amazing job and I am extremely pleased with the result.He has an excellent manner and communication skills

I had reconstructive surgery to replace the skin taken from the tip of my nose due to BCC. Dr Anari was very clear in explaning the procedure to me and reasurring me wirh a calm and kind approach. The results are amazing considering the fact there is no spare skin on a nose. He took skin and he worked out a way of reolacing the missing skin without need for a skin graft. I am delighted with the results and I thank him for his kind and thoughtful approach to supporting me.

I had a procedure to correct the position of my septum and to remove the bump on my nose. From the first consultation to discharge Mr Anari was amazing. The staff were lovely, the clinic was clean and the results of my operation were fantastic. I can breathe properly and I feel much better about my appearance. Can't thank him enough!

I needed surgery to remove nasal polyps. Mr Anari was assigned to me via my health insurance provider. The surgery was performed at Spire Parkway hospital in Solihull. The hospital facilities very good (except for the tv in the room which wasn’t working). I had a private room and I was made very comfortable. Excellent staff etc. Surgery went well despite there being many more polyps than initially thought. Aftercare advice and plan was clear. My symptoms (congestion, nasal drip, stuffiness) have been significantly reduced and I can breath much more easily. My sense of smell and taste has also returned (although whether this is permanent will remain to be seen - fingers crossed!) I was quite nervous and apprehensive about having surgery but I believe it’s gone as well as it could have and I would have no hesitation in recommending Mr Anari and his team.

I had my rhinoplasty with Dr Anari 6 months ago in February and it’s been really smooth. I would massively recommend him.
