Mr. Malahias was very friendly and approachable. He has always been extremely kind, caring, thorough, informative, and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. Most importantly I trust that he is giving me the best possible medical advice and care. Just made me feel like he really cares about his patients and I appreciate that. Mr. Malahias is a dedicated surgeon who puts you at ease from the first consultation. All aspects of the surgery, recovery, aftercare and possible outcomes are explained and discussed fully, keeping you completely informed at all times. Fantastic surgeon and highly recommend. Part of his team is his hard working secretary Deborah Heard who will go the extra mile and more. Always kept me informed of any issues that arise and very prompt with her reply's. Thank you.

I have been extremely fortunate and very lucky to have had the pleasure of meeting the most amazing plastic surgeon Dr. Marco Malahias at Solihull Hospital. This lovely man not only brilliant at his job is caring, understanding and passionate about his patients. I have also seen him being an excellent teacher to his students with a great sense of humour. Dr. Malahias is a credit not only to himself but to our NHS and should feel very proud of himself. I am extremely grateful to this man after having a malignant melanoma removed from my back. From my wife,family and I we thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Could not of wished for anyone nicer to have given me my good news of clear margins when I returned for a wound review three weeks later. Cheers Marco

I spent years suffering with a sore basal cell carcinoma on my back which I had been told by a dermatologist back in 2011 was too large for surgery. I had then been referred for radiotherapy in 2012, but later the redness and soreness returned. However it was my good fortune (six years later) to meet Mr Malahias at a dermatology OPD clinic at Solihull Hospital. In 2019 he removed the sore spot and the inflammation beneath, at a Day care surgery appointment at Good Hope Hospital. Nearly two years later I will be ever grateful to have met such an outstanding surgeon and human being, who treats you so kindly and politely. I still cannot believe that I've actually got rid of the BCC on my back which caused me such anguish. Marco Malahias was my saviour.

Mr Malahias is a genius. Back in July he removed a basal cell carcinoma from under my right eye, and since then I’ve had excellent follow-up care. My scar is healing well and you can hardly notice it! Mr Malahias is incredibly caring and explained everything to me in great detail, and made me feel at ease during an unpleasant operation. He makes time for you as a patient and I would highly recommend him. Thank you for doing such a fantastic job!
