Fantastic experience with Mr Moawad who operated on my varicose veins. The options were clearly explained after the initial consultation and all my questions were answered. The surgery itself went very well with Mr Moawad using his experience to great effect.
Very attentive after-care with several follow up consultations to make sure the recovery was going as planned. A small infection that I had was dealt with very promptly with Mr Moawad fitting me into his clinic at short notice so that he could personally review the situation.
Really pleased with the outcome and the speedy recovery.
The admin and communication with Mr Moawad’s secretary was also very good. Responses to my emails and calls were very prompt and they actively worked to find appointments that fitted around my work schedule.
Mr Moawad did a great job treating my varicose veins and the results surpassed my expectations. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him. The service and team at Runnymede was also fantastic. All in a great experience from start to finish.
Mr Moawad recently treated my varicose veins with radio frequency ablation. I would fully recommend him as a consultant and surgeon. He was very thorough from the first consultation through to the surgery and post surgery care. He has a great sense of humour and listens carefully answering all questions thoroughly. I recovered well from the procedure and he was happy at my post operation consultation.
I would also like to mention Siobhan (i believe her to be his PA) as she was always at the end of the phone answering my questions and reassuring me.
Thank you
First class care, recommended treatment, surgery and after care. Highly recommended.
Mr Moawad and his team were extremely professional at all times. Everything was thoroughly explained and the follow up was first class. Even though my procedure was carried out under local anesthetic and I was a little anxious, Mr Moawad and those that assisted him on the day helped create a relaxed environment, as relaxed as any operating theatre can be that is. Mr Moawad is not the first consultant I have seen about my varicose veins but he is certainly the one I am most impressed with.
