Mr. Moawad operated on my right leg varicose veins. My leg feels brand new and I even ran a half-marathon 6 weeks after the surgery with no issues. From the initial consultation, through the surgery, to the post-op check up, he has been extremely patient and explained every single detail to me, making sure I don’t feel rushed. This made me feel really confident and informed about the procedure. If I would ever have same issues occur on my other leg, I would exclusively go to Mr. Moawad to get it fixed. He’s done an excellent job and 6 weeks after the surgery my leg is completely healed and looks and feels amazing. Over the phone I also dealt with Mr. Moawad’s assistant. Her customer service is just outstanding! Super nice lady keeping me informed, answering my questions, helping me reschedule appointments etc. Big shout out to her and her support throughout.

Mr Moawad is an excellent surgeon and a caring consultant. He operated my left leg for the varicus veins (which I had for a long time). It was a extensive and deep surgery in the traditional method, because they were near the skin. It was important for me to do this operation because I am too old (75)and the varicus veins could cause a serious health problem. Magdy examined me thoroughly and described in detail what he was planning to do. After the operation he gave me the result which was very succesfull and he explained about what was next. Because he had covered my leg very well with protective layers of bandages, the healing was very early. 11 days later he took all the bandages and there was no blood leaking, no pain and I could walk and drive in perfect conidtion. Mr Moawad is an excellent surgeon and with his jokes and nice talking put my mind away from any fear for the operation. I would trust him to do any other operation for me.

I recently had recurring varicose veins removed under local anaesthetic having hesitated for years. I need not have worried, as unlike previously there was very little bruising and no complications. Mr Moawad is an highly skilled surgeon with an excellent theatre team supporting him. He is very approachable , genuinely friendly to everyone and has a great sense of humour. My operation was a huge success. Thank you Mr Moawad.

I dealt with Dr Moawad regarding the varicose vein operation on my leg. I was initially sceptical about what to expect in terms of the operation itself and more importantly any post-operation side effects, but found the whole experience being managed well. Dr Moawad provided a detailed explanation of all aspects of the treatment and was very transparent about any concerns I had. I am glad he encouraged me to consider the operation under local anaesthesia since it minimised distribution to my usual routine and I believe it speeded up the full recovery. The post-operation consultation and communication were also great.
