Mr Jibawi is at the forefront of adopting modern technology, but when necessary, is not afraid to turn back the clock and implement a treatment, that is no longer thought appropriate. He is calm and very open about the possibility of progressing in various directions to achieve the necessary remedial results. He is very good at explaining and documenting the situation using modern Apps and documents he has readily available on his iPad. He uses modern procedures, like those based around NASA's understanding of medical requirements in space. The application of "fish skin" to aid the recovery of external ulcers. But he also steps "outside the box" to incorporate procedures, that aren't used that often any more or would normally be used in a different sphere of the medical world.. He is in constant communication with both patients and nursing staff in real time, using mobile phone camera images, Email and Facebook to make decisions, even when he's not with a patient. He is quite prepared to reassign your case to another department, if he cannot understand why ailments refuse to improve, but he never lets go of your case entirely, returning to it once the alternative advice has been given. Most of all, Mr Jibawi is with you for the journey. Once he starts the healing process, he doesn't give up until your issue has been resolved. My only improvement for him would involve his enthusiasm for resolving the issue quickly. The body is a complex thing and doesn't always adhere to his estimations.

In April this year, Dr Jibawi performed radiofrequency ablation of level 4 varicose veins on both of my legs (whole length of right leg and upper left leg), as well as avulsion of prominent veins on my right leg. My veins were not causing me pain, just aching, but were bulging and very unsightly and always felt hot to the touch. I was very concerned about the rate at which they were getting worse, new varicose veins were appearing, and was also concerned about continuing with running the 5km parkrun with such prominent veins. Dr Jibawi listened to all my concerns and explained the procedure that he recommended in detail. I felt totally confident in him. He explained the potential side effects and recovery. The follow up appointment was very useful and explained the likelihood of recurrence and also that my recovery was going well. Six months on, I have been able to wear skirts and shorts for the first time in 10 years during the hot summer and am running the parkrun normally. I am extremely pleased with the operation and Dr Jibawi. I still feel some minor numbness in my right leg and have some thread veins but the appearance and health of my legs is vastly improved. I would recommend Dr Jibawi.

I had varicose veins surgery on both legs with Mr Jibawi. I appreciated his professionalism, his patience in dealing with my concerns and his empathy. I was scared of having general anesthesis, thus he explained the process step by step, pros and cons, given that i had very large varicose veins, the alternatives (local) with pros and cons and he gave me enough time to make a decision. I followed his opinion, with no side effects post anethesia. The surgery was a real success, I am very happy about it! My varicose veins were stage 3 to 4 and large in volume and now, my legs look much better and my life style improved considerably.

He is very knowledgeable and I am now very pleased with the overall result. I am in a far better position with my health than before. Thank you
