I wouldn’t hesitate to highly recommend Miss Highton. I found her to be straight forward yet empathic and intuitive. From the initial consultation she inspired confidence. The recovery from the procedure was much easier than I anticipated and I am delighted with the results. Thank you so much!

I was referred to Miss Highton by the genetics team at St Mary's after a BRCA1 diagnosis. I met with her a number of times before my operation, a double mastectomy, direct to implant (over the muscle) with nipple sparing. She listened to my thoughts, discussed my options and answered my daft questions. I had complete confidence in her. The whole team at Wythenshaw were wonderful, they were on hand and supportive afterwards. It's now 5 months since the procedure and I am delighted with the results. I would highly recommend Miss Highton.

Excellent care. Made to feel very comfortable at all times and listened to what I wanted. Was very understanding of any concerns throughout the whole process. Would 100% recommend.

I researched surgeons extensively before going ahead with my breast reduction. I received a number of recommendations from friends but as soon as I read about Lyndsey I was decided that she would be my preferred choice. The fact that she is a woman was one reason but also that she has such excellent credentials. At my first consultation I was a bit disheartened to be told I needed to lose some weight before the surgery but totally understand why this is recommended from a safety perspective but also when having a breast reduction surgery your proportions change and had I not lost a bit of weight beforehand I think the result would not have been half as positive. Unfortunately I developed an infection after surgery. This is one of the risks and whilst it was unpleasant, it was addressed very quickly with multiple visits to the breast care nurses at the hospital and Lyndsey keeping in touch regularly. My main reason for having the surgery was to reduce aches and pains coming from my shoulders and neck daily. This has now gone (almost) completely. I had my first bra fitting at the weekend and I'm delighted with my C/D cups!
