From the first consultation she listened and understood my concerns and what I wanted out of it, and didn’t rush me. On surgery day she was professional, kind and calming. I had a breast reduction 2 months ago with Miss Highton. I had to travel to consultations but there were options to be online. I was able to change my surgery date very easily through email due to personal commitments. Miss Highton was very approachable to and easy to talk to. I had a couple of wound healing problems but this was answered very quickly over instagram. The nurses at spire were excellent and were very helpful at the post op appointments. Overall I went from a GG to a DD and it fits my frame a lot better. I am still healing but feel more confident already. Thank you!

Totally life changing! Can’t thank Lyndsey and her team enough. I had a dream recovery, and fantastic results. Lyndsey is truly an expert in her field. I was referred to Miss Highton by the genetics team at St Mary's after a BRCA1 diagnosis. I met with her a number of times before my operation, a double mastectomy, direct to implant (over the muscle) with nipple sparing. She listened to my thoughts, discussed my options and answered my daft questions. I had complete confidence in her. The whole team at Wythenshaw were wonderful, they were on hand and supportive afterwards. It's now 5 months since the procedure and I am delighted with the results. I would highly recommend Miss Highton.
