Dr Rajagopalan was welcoming, respectful and kind in his approach. He genuinely listened and was interested in my previous health history and any impact on my present health. He shared in detail and fully explained my CT scan ensuring that I understood the images. He also explained future treatment and any potential consequences. My consultation resulted in my finally having a programme of tests to establish the reason for my condition and therefore effective treatment.
Dr Rajagopalan, I believe, was quite exceptional and has restored my faith in NHS treatment.
My father was admitted to the Acute respiratory ward with Pneumonia coupled with heart & kidney organ failure. Dr Pradeep has an amazing connection with his patients both reassuring and realistic in his approach. I felt immediate relief that my father was in the very best hands, every detail was documented and followed up under Dr Pradeep's team. He is both approachable and happy to give his time with us to answer our questions and concerns regarding my fathers care.
I have total faith and admiration in the NHS, we can see how stretched resources are yet the level of care under Dr Pradeep has been exemplary and I extend my thanks to him personally.
I am sharing our experiences at the Princess Alexandra hospital with friends and family

Very positive and confident which made me feel safe
Dr Pradeep has been truly amazing. From the 1st consultation with my Father I knew we were in the best hands. His bedside manner was both informative, considered and appropriate regarding my fathers condition, which was extremely complex as he has 3 major organ issues.
I felt totally reassured that Dad was receiving 1st class care for his acute episode of Pneumonia and drugs together with nursing support were initiated instantly.
We received a daily consultation with Dr Pradeep giving clear updates as to Dads progress and test results. I left the Princess Alexander Hospital each day reassured that this NHS hospital and Respiratory consultant was giving Dad the best possible chance of recovery.
Thank you so very much
Kind regards
