It may sound strange to say this but I find my annual check-ups with Dr Hugh Jones enjoyable. His ability to put people instantly at ease, to truly listen to what you're saying and to be properly in the moment with you during the consultation makes you believe that he has a genuine interest in what you've said and your future well-being. I've found his counsel both reassuring and helpful over the last 4 years I've been seeing him. A great doctor.

I have been seeing Hugh Jones for over five years, He has always ready to listen to you on how I feel about my health, and how my treatment is working for me. Great care is given to make sure it's right and there no new treatment that could be better.

I have been under the care of Dr Jones for many many years I find him a very caring considerate and most knowledgeable Doctor he will always make time to see me never feel I am being rushed with time he always shows a genuine concern for my long time wellbeing I have a lot to thank him for .

Hugh Jones is unusual these days in that he always makes time to really listen: there's no sense of hurry, and one feels empathy, understanding, humanity - in fact exactly what we all need when unwell. He has managed my RA efficiently for several years now: deals with any problems, arranges Xrays, medication changes etc immediately and without fuss. I can't speak highly enough of him and consider myself fortunate to be one of his patients.
