I had a ruptured PCL and PLC injury. I had aliograph on PCL and repair to PLC. Overnight surgery at Woking Nuffield. Could not recommend surgery enough, four months on no swelling, full range of movement and strength and stability returned. If you have the surgery you must follow the physio exercises to the letter for full benefit.

I have been under the care of Paul Trikha for a couple of years. I first saw him to discuss severe osteoarthritis and degeneration of my right knee. I am a 51 year old female working as a Health care professional and we eventually discussed a possible total knee replacement. I had had steroid injections, and a couple of arthroscopies, so a new knee was the next suggestion. I had got to the stage where my pain and swelling was interfering with every aspect of my life , and kept me awake a lot of the night. I lived off stong painkillers and had put on a lot of weight due to my imobility, and i was getting depressed. Mr Trikha operated on May 17th 2016 and initially it was very swollen, painfull etc, but i did all the exercises, and pysio and im now 3 months into my recovery and im amazed how well i feel. I am pain free, and i am slowly returning to all the things i thought id have to stop for the rest of my life. Mr Trikha has given me back my life! He explained the whole proceedure so i knew exactly what to expect and when. I would thouroughly recommend Paul Trikha hes an amazingly gifted specialist as well as being a lovely, happy, approachable, reliable man and i can re start my life now .

I am delighted to recommend Mr Paul Trikha. Despite many visits to physio and a previous key-hole surgery I still had years of persevering with a chronic knee problem which impacted my exercise and sport routines. I finally arranged for a session with a new physio, Tara Crossley at Weybridge&Walton Physiotherapy, who was great and immediately suspected I had a torn ACL and referred me to Mr Trikha at The Nuffield. I saw Mr Trikha on a Friday, he arranged for an MRI that same day (even though the schedule was full). He then reviewed the results with me on the Monday and we immediately booked a date for an ACL reconstruction and Meniscus repair. Mr Trikha’s approach is completely professional, he instills a sense of confidence with a no frills approach and a clear explanation of the diagnosis and treatment. The operation was a complete success, I now have a stable and robust knee due to the new ACL and Mr Trikha was able to repair a badly damaged Meniscus which was a demonstration of real skill from him and a real bonus for me. 6 months on I am now well on the way to full recovery. I am cycling, running and just returned to golf. Within another few months I will return to playing the sport I really love which is football. I can’t thank Mr Trikha enough, he has been fantastic throughout the entire process, a true professional and a true gentleman.

Mr Paul Trikha recently carried out a full knee replacement for me. Mr Trikha very clearly is extremely experienced and very knowledgeable, his approach is very honest and sometimes blunt, but this preparation was exactly what I needed to understand the magnitude and commitment that I would need to put in to ensure success. This has all paid off as under his guidance I feel I am ahead of the recovery schedule and thanks to Paul's advise on physio I am making great progress. Paul is a true professional completely committed to his field a great man Thank you so much Duncan Reid

Could not walk three holes of golf. Underwent full knee replacement at Runneymede. Process was explained clearly and without frills. I knew exactly what to expect (pain for 5/6 weeks and a lot of hard work). Followed the process as advised by consultant and physio and am now able to walk/play 18 holes of golf without pain. More than happy to recommend Mr Trikha!!
