I was referred to Mr Trikha by my GP after injuring my knee. After a consultation and an MRI scan a torn meniscus was diagnosed. We decided to proceed with 11 weeks of physiotherapy to make my knee stronger build up the quads etc and early signs were positive but after a further consultation we decided to proceed with a knee arthroscopy. Mr Trikha explained the procedure in detail and I had great confidence that the procedure would rectify my knee issue. My operation was a day case and 4 hours after the operation I was able to go home even walking out of the Runnymede. Physio starts on the day of the operation..exercises and ice packs and is ongoing at home and with a recommended physio atcthe Nuffield. I am 2 weeks post op and progress has been good. It is important to work with and listen to Mr Trikha and the physio 're rehab to achieve the best results. From my first consultation with Mr Trikha , through the operation and now the recovery I have complete confidence in him and his staff. I would highly recommend Mr Trikha. First class.

Totally Inspirational and Superb. This man has single handily changed my life and put me back onto my life path of exercise and happiness . I believed I was destined for knee pain for life . Honest speaking even when cutting. The advice and motivation Dr TRIKHA has given me has put me back on a path to healthy living and pain free knees . I Thank you with all my heart. Great Man . I had a accident at work and had badly hurt my knee , went to A and E and was sent to the trauma clinic where I saw Mr Paul Trikha . I was fortunate to have private healthcare and was in a lot of pain Mr Trikha rushed me through for the X ray and MRI scan within 2 days . Once we new what operation needed to be done we sat together and went through what I needed to put in place and he reconmended that I should hire a Game ready ice wrap machine to help speed my recovery time up as he new that I am a single working mum and would need to be back fighting fit asap. My operation was for a Acl ligament replacement a Cartilage repair my knee had also dislocated .( ouch ) I had to have both my legs operated on as they had to harvest the ligament from my other leg . The day of the operation I saw Mr Trikha before I went down and he was very upbeat and put me at easy straight away his bed side manor was fantastic was very relaxed and felt prepared for what was going to happen . I was so pleased at the size of my scars as he had said that he would keep them as small as he could . The recovery Mr Trikha had a great sports physiotherapist in Tom William at Activ8rehab in Chertsey who new what I was able to achieve and had set targets for me to reach . I have had 3 follow up appointments so far and have found it very easy to get hold of Mr Trikha and his team and would very much recommend anyone to have an operation by him .

I was referred to see Mr Trikha after my knee (which had been operated on 3 times by another consultant) became problematic. After examining the results of a MRI scan Mr Trikha referred me to a physiotherapist while continuing to monitor my progress instead of operating. I saw Mr Trikha today who was pleased with my progress and happy to sign me off without the need for surgery. After seeing other consultants regarding my knee I feel indebted to Mr Trikha for not being too eager to operate on my knee without considering other forms of treatment/rehab. I would highly recommend Mr Tikha who dealt with injury in a very professional and understand way which has given me the confidence to continue my usual active lifestyle.
