My father, a retired paramedic, once told me that generally, surgeons tend to have ‘god like‘ complexes. In the case of Mr Trikha I can attest that this is the case and frankly, very much deservedly so

Recently had ACL reconstruction performed by Mr Paul Trikha. I've received excellent care, pre and post-surgery guidance. Mr Trikha wants the best for his patients and I feel that the surgery and support received will help me back to full performance with my knee.

After a couple of unsuccessful visits to different physiotherapists I was put in touch with Mr Trikha. He took the time to carefully read my referral notes and listened to my symptoms. He referred me for a MRI scan and we met to review the results the day after. He spotted a partial ACL tear, but quickly ruled that out from having caused the symptoms I was experiencing. Inflammation of the ITB was identified and he referred me to see Tom Williams at Activ8 Rehab in Chertsey. Tom's assessment agreed with Mr Trikha's and I was prescribed a number of stretches and strengthening exercises. These made a significant difference and, 6 months on, my recovery is almost complete. Crucially, this has been achieved without any injections or surgery. Surgeons make most of their money from such procedures, so it is comforting to know that Mr Trikha puts the recovery and long-term health of his client before his own income! He happens to be a very likable chap, too. I would thoroughly recommend Mr Trikha to anyone experiencing difficulties with their knees.

After the first surgeon messing my knee up and completely missing a meniscus tear leading me not to walk properly. Mr trikha see how much it got me down as I wanted to get back to normal life, he’s words was ill get you in before Christmas and stuck to his word. He Said do I mind scars because he didn’t know what he was up against until he was inside. I said no, just do what you need to do to fix me. And so he did my knees on the mend the operation went well. And me trikha does what he’s says. Best of the best in my eyes. The difference in surgeons from one wanting to leave me not being able to walk. To me trikha doing all he can to help me. 5 stars to him. Thanks

I was very pleased with the help and advice Paul provided concerning the ceast on my knee. After an MRI scan the recommendation not to operate but instead have a steroid injection helped solved the pain. I was pleased we did not rush into an operation but managed to the fixed the problem via non intrusive means.
