Mr Gupta carried out a double tendon repair in my shoulder in 2016 and did an absolutely amazing job but almost a year months later I fell on the same shoulder and went back to him with my shoulder even more badly damaged, this time I had 3 badly torn tendons and my bicep muscle was displaced, at first the damage looked irreparable but after another complex surgery and nothing less than wizardry mr Gupta managed to repair it, after nine months my shoulder feels great I'm back to doing normal things again and I feel I am forever in his debt for the incredible work he done on me Kind regards David Baigrie

Mr Gupta explained everything very clearly, including risks, right from the beginning. He answered every question I raised at each appointment, on the day of operation, and finally during the last vist. Mr Gupta would not take all the credit but stated clearly that the excellent result achieved was the result of a team effort. His team on the Dickens ward at Ashford were very attentive both during the day and throughout the night, not only to me but also to other patients I met on the ward. Despite several infuriating administrative errors, including lost notes twice, causing cancellations and rescheduling over a period exceeding 12 months, including one cancellation at the very last minute on the first date of operation, and very nearly on the second final date of operation, which made me very concerned and extremely annoyed, Mr Gupta presented a calm, collected and positive position of leadership for the NHS team and inspired me with confidence to continue.

I have been under the care of Mr Gupta for nearly 6 years, I suffer with rheumatoid arthritis in both shoulders. I have had to have a partial replacement in my left shoulder and total replacement in my right shoulder. I am now waiting for the carpel tunnel operation on my right wrist. Mr Gupta is very caring, listens to his patients, discusses all options, and helps one to make the right choices that would be beneficial to the health of the patient. I have full trust and confidence in Mr Gupta and he has helped me in being able to get my life back. I would not have as much faith in anyone else performing these operations.

Mr Gupta has provided outstanding care and guidance before, during and after my recent wrist replacement operation. He has showed professionalism and in-depth knowledge but also empathy and compassion. I would have no hesitation recommending Mr Gupta to other patients.
