Mr Jaiswal was incredibly knowledgeable, approachable and thorough, explaining the procedure clearly and I had every confidence throughout the process. I was particularly impressed by his care when the operation was cancelled at the 11th hour due to circumstances beyond anyone’s control. Mr Jaiswal went out of his way - in fact above and beyond- to try and sort out the situation. The operation was a total success and my recovery is progressing really well. I recently underwent a custom knee replacement at Nuffield Health Highgate Hospital, lead by the exceptional Mr. Parag Jaiswal and his outstanding team. From the moment I walked in for my initial consultation, the reception staff - Yvonne, Bianca, and David - immediately put me at ease with their warm demeanor. Mr. Jaiswal was both insightful and candid during our meeting. He humorously warned me that I might resent him for a while post-surgery due to the pain, particularly during exercises. True to his word, it was challenging, especially as emphasized by the dedicated physiotherapists, Charlotte and Nathan. But by week six, I found myself growing fond of Mr. Jaiswal once more. By the end of those six weeks, I was already back at the gym. I've been doing leg exercises, ranging from extensions, curls, heel raises and leg press to squats with increasing weights, cycling, and stretches. Now, three months post-op, I can comfortably navigate stairs, all thanks to the unparalleled care and expertise of the team at Nuffield Health Highgate Hospital.

Mr Jaiswal carried out my second hip replacement (right hip)in December 2020. I was delighted by my rapid recovery and experienced far less pain and discomfort following surgery than my first hip replacement (left hip) which was carried out by a different surgeon. Two weeks after my second hip replacement I was able to walk without support and soon after that needed no pain relief (codeine). Mr Jaiswal was always very approachable and caring and I always felt complete confidence in the treatment he provided.

Dr Jaiswal has performed surgery on both my hips (R March 2020, L December 2020). Both hips required bone shaving and labral repair. It was a long journey for me to be properly diagnosed due to the scans being unclear. Dr Jaiswal used his clinical judgment to determine that surgery was required and was able to adapt to what he found during the surgery. My quality of life is significantly improved following the surgeries.

Mr Jaiswal is great! He has done both my Knee Replacements [LH in Aug 2019 & RH in Nov 2020] I was able to walk unaided 4 weeks after both operations and I am completely free of osteoarthritis pain in both legs. I would thoroughly recommend Mr Jaiswal as an orthopaedic surgeon.
