Mr Jaiswal was incredibly knowledgeable, approachable and thorough, explaining the procedure clearly and I had every confidence throughout the process. I was particularly impressed by his care when the operation was cancelled at the 11th hour due to circumstances beyond anyone’s control. Mr Jaiswal went out of his way - in fact above and beyond- to try and sort out the situation. The operation was a total success and my recovery is progressing really well. I would wholeheartedly, without reservation, recommend him.
