From the moment I walked in for my initial consultation, the reception staff - Yvonne, Bianca, and David - immediately put me at ease with their warm demeanor. Mr. Jaiswal was both insightful and candid during our meeting. He humorously warned me that I might resent him for a while post-surgery due to the pain, particularly during exercises. True to his word, it was challenging, especially as emphasized by the dedicated physiotherapists, Charlotte and Nathan. But by week six, I found myself growing fond of Mr. Jaiswal once more.
