I initially accompanied my 12 year old daughter to see Mr Haeney for a consultation regarding the removal of a mole on the back of my daughter's neck. Mr Haeney immediately put my daughter at ease and explained every little detail to her about what to expect from having the surgery and a clear picture of how the scar would look cosmetically, given that she is so young. He gave her the option to take time to think about whether or not she wanted to proceed to have the mole removed. However, his friendly, approachable manner meant that my daughter had the confidence in him to agree to having the surgery as soon as it was possible. He provided excellent care on the day of my daughter's surgery, from keeping her informed when she should expect to go into theatre, to putting her completely at ease before, during and after the operation. I cannot recommend Mr Haeney highly enough!!!

Dr Haeney was excellent with our daughter explaining how her operation would work and what may happen and how she would feel. He was understanding and compasionate and made Amelie feel at ease.

My partner and I attended our appointment to see Mr Haeney with regards to our 8 week old son. Mr Haeney greeted us warmly and immediately made us feel at ease. He thoroughly explained the small procedure which is to be carried out on my son in a very simple yet informative manner. He ensured myself and my partner fully understood what was going to happen and asked if we had any questions (of which there were very few as his explanation was so helpful.) I have full confidence in Mr Haeney carrying out the minor surgery on my baby and feel if I have any worries or concerns that he/his staff would be more than happy to assist. I would wholeheartedly recommend Mr Haeney.
