Mr akali is a lovely caring man.after I had breast cancer I had my breast removed after waiting a few years after chemotherapy and radiotherapy Mr akali did a reconstruction, he did a fantastic job had to keep going to get my body fat put into it the end result is amazing he has made me fell whole again thank you so much Mr akali .

I have been under Mr Akali for nearly 5 years & had 4 surgeries. He has been amazing! I have been so lucky to have had such a top surgeon & he has done a brilliant job- all the staff, admin who arrange it all to nurses, anaesthetists & others are just brilliant. Thank you all at Castle Hill for everything & all the care. Special thanks again to you Mr Akali :)

I went to visit Mr Akali for my consultation back in 2022 and finally had my surgery in March. Nothing was too much trouble for the nursing staff, theatre staff and also the main man himself Mr Akali , they all played a great part in looking after me everything was 100% from start to finish . Do i recommend, I sure do indeed !! One happy customer

what i was told and what i ended up with has made me depressed and so unhappy that i need to warn other potential people. On every appointment i had with him (at 2 different hospitals) he was late. some times up to 30 minutes. the surgery i wanted he laughed and said "you ladies" which i thought was bizzare as it's us ladies whom he advertises to improve how you feel inside and out (well i look like a freak on the outside and feel utter despair on the inside). did operation and dog ear and pleats were under my chin. told me that he would just cut dogear off and it would be ok. did the revision and then in the operating theater told me that i "would see results immediately". 2 days later problem was worse than before and all he had managed to do was move problem 5mm to the left of my chin. he phoned me up to say that when he said "immediately" he didn't mean straight away he meant a few weeks. this operation was redone in september 2021 and today march 2022 i feel i have to put his 1* reviews up. after the revision he said he would try a 3rd time BUT when i asked him if this time it would make the skin flatter he commented "how deep is a rabbit hole" - with this comment i knew that i would NOT let him redo any surgery for me as not only had he not done it correctly the first 2 times but i then realised that i was a joke to him. the hospital Spire Hull are ignoring me and although i have lodged a complaint i know that the outcome will be to cover their backs and not mine. His private website has 4 addresses which are worrysome to say the least. the harley street address has a completely different postcode and the london number has too many digits. the quality of his newly updated private clinic webpage has now left me so gobsmacked that had i seen this before i went to see and use him i would never have bothered. heavily photo shopped photos of "patients" (one has half her nose missing). there are only 4 reviews (mine will be 5th) of Mr. Akali on line. not being happy or wanting greater expectations than you thought has absolutely NOTHING to do with this or my comments. I have been left looking hideous and am now trying to find a reconstructive plastic surgeon who will be able to sort this problem out. the way i feel i have been treated by spire hull is as if i had paid £300 to fly abroad and have it done with a rusty scalpel. i paid almost £11k and my expectations were that i wouldn't have lumps of skin hanging down like barnacles AFTER not one but 2 operations.

I had diep reconstruction surgery with mr akali and all i can say is hes changed my life. I was a bit apprehensive because its quite a big operation but mr akali explained everything in detail and does so all the way through treatment. Its been 9 weeks since my operation and although i have a bit to go i feel fantastic. I cannot recommend him enough. Also the care i recieved at the castlehill hospital was second to none. Thankyou so much.
