I had very good care in my hospital team mr McDonald and his team were great it’s the best hospital care I have had at any hospital ( and I have been in and out of hospital most of my life ) I have such respect for the nhs especially east Grinstead hospital very good care .

A very good listener and warm and effective communicator. There seemed to be a nice jovial upbeat atmosphere amongst his support team of two nurses. Mr Macdonald took time to explain details of the procedure and risks in a way that was easily understood. I felt very safe and in good hands. The letter detailing the procedure and aftercare was issued very timely. The staff on reception were friendly and efficient. The ward waiting area and operating suite was impeccably clean. All told this was a very positive experience of the NHS.

This Doctor immediately put me at ease, introducing himself and the nurses. I was fully informed of the procedure, both verbally and by use of a diagram. Throughout the consultation the Dr was both calm and efficient, continually explaining everything to me and ensuring that I was aware of any post op effects. A big thank you to him and his team.
