Mr Raman Malhotra

I had surgery for an entropion of my eyelids with Mr Raman Malhotra, who was recommended to me. From the very first consultation he was professional, reassuring and took the time to clearly explain the problem and the procedure. The operation was carried out as a day case under local anaesthetic with sedation and everything went very smoothly. I felt well looked after and fully informed throughout the whole process. The result is excellent – my eyelids are now in the correct position and the discomfort has completely resolved. I would happily recommend Mr Malhotra to anyone needing this type of surgery.

Excellent from beginning to end.. Good discussion and counselling prior to procedure Procedure itself was absolutely fine, not painful, lovely attentive staff at Spire Gatwick Park Post op, also good. I didn't need to contact Mr Malhotra but felt I could if necessary Follow up in clinic excellent, did a modification to one eye under local anaesthetic whilst I was there and without the need for another appointment Am delighted with the overall appearance of my eyes and would highly recommend!

Ramon Malhotra really is a wonderful surgeon. 30yrs ago I had surgery for my congenital ptosis on the NHS, 10yrs later I had it done again by a private plastic surgeon, then 20yrs after that I wanted it done again. I returned to the plastic surgeons office but the surgeon had retired, I consulted with his replacement and this surgeon said that if he was advising his nearest and dearest he would recommend Mr Ramon Malhotra, so I consulted with Mr Malhotra and oh my goodness what a lovely man, so understanding, so incredibly knowledgeable and so amazingly skilful. Both my previous surgeries has left me with dry eye, Ramon Malhotra explained what could be done while not making the dry eye situation worse. I went ahead with the plan and he has improved my ptosis really well and more amazingly the dry eye problems have actually improved and no longer cause me issues at night. If you need eyelid surgery I do not think you could be in safer hands than Mr Malhotra he is a very special & highly skilled individual, with a really good bedside manner. My only regret is I wish I’d know of him 30yrs ago and had him do my surgery the very first time. I would recommend Ramon Malhotra wholeheartedly.

I cannot recommend Mr Malhotra enough. He is incredibly knowledgeable with an excellent approach and bedside manner. He diagnosed a number of issues with my eyelids which had been missed by numerous optroms and Ophthalmologists over the years. He provided a detailed treatment plan, explaining his approach and thinking. Resulting in me trusting him and proceeding with the plan. I wish all consultants and doctors had Mr Malhotra’s approach and insight.

Raman Malhotra is the ultimate professional. He is very thorough, approachable, highly skilled and was very good at explaining everything he was going to do. He performed surgery on my eyelids three months ago and I am very pleased with the results. You can rest assured that you are in the best of hands.

The care I received from Mr Malhotra was fantastic. He has a lovely approach and I had total trust and confidence in him from the first appointment. I am a nurse in the NHS so work alongside a lot of doctors and can confidently say that Mr Malhotra is one of the best doctors I have come across.

Raman Malhotra offered a fabulous service to relieve me of an eye issue. He and his team were excellent and now, after two years, I can hardly remember the issue or even any discomfort from the operation. It was all highly professional, attentive, and effective and I am so pleased I elected to have this done by Mr Malhotra.

Mr. Malhotra skillfully carried out cataract operations on both my eyes 2 years ago. He fitted lenses allowing blended vision, which has been extremely successful and has made a massive improvement to my sight. I could not recommend anyone more highly, he was charming and patient in all our conversations, and I find it difficult to find words to express my gratitude.

A rare combination of amazing bedside manner and technical expertise I couldn’t recommend him enough. I had blephoraplasty and mild ptosis correction and the result is exactly what I wanted, has really stopped me looking so tired.
