A very good listener and warm and effective communicator. There seemed to be a nice jovial upbeat atmosphere amongst his support team of two nurses. Mr Macdonald took time to explain details of the procedure and risks in a way that was easily understood.
I felt very safe and in good hands. The letter detailing the procedure and aftercare was issued very timely. The staff on reception were friendly and efficient. The ward waiting area and operating suite was impeccably clean.
All told this was a very positive experience of the NHS.
