I have just had surgery for my pilonidal sinus which I have been suffering from for the last 3 years, I have had Two failed removals at Basildon Hospital previously with it coming back multiple times. Finally I got referred to Nuffield with Mr Ali Salih. From day one he was amazing, He looked after me and booked me in for surgery quickly to have it removed completely on Tuesday 6th March, the day I arrived I was looked after by all the staff members so well and now nearly a month after my surgery I have been signed off. The scar is minimal and very neat, I couldn't have asked for a better Dr to have looked after me. Highly recommended and just a genuinely lovely man.

Mr Salih operated on me when i had breast cancer, made me feel very at ease and i have minimal scarring. I now see him once a year and i am always very nervous, he makes you feel at ease and explains verything clearly and is always happy to listen if i have questions.

Mr Salih has been wonderful with my care. He was sympathetic to my needs and his interpersonal skills are excellent, as well as being a brilliant surgeon. He made the whole experience of having breast cancer bearable and gave me two new breasts which I am very pleased with. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone going through this terrible experience.
