Misinformed me and passed the buck to Ward. Claiming they should sort it out

Made an appointment with me and didn’t turn up himself. Poor quality care from a so called “professional”. Not worth the time of day.

Hi Dr My father was having chemotherapy at King George Hospital. Due to the virus his treatment has stopped. Please can you get in touch to let me know why his chemotherapy has stopped as we are worried that his cancer may spread. Thanks Hassan Ali

As a patient of Dr Raouf for seven years (just discharged from his care) I would like to thank him, for so many things. Not just for the treatment he organised for me, and his constant professionalism, but for making me feel he was always on my side, which was hugely comforting. During some dark days, he dealt with my endless questions matter-of-factly but also with great kindnesses and I will never forget that.
