When my sister-in-law was admitted due to a broken ankle and dislocated shoulder she had terrible trouble. First, they left her so long after she asked them for help to go to the toilet she wet herself. Then they left her for hours until they cleaned her up. Another day they left her on the toilet and a cleaner had to help her back to bed.
Her partner who is a fragile 75 year-old man, on his first visit, was given a flimsy gown to go home in. On his second visit, after an operation, was told to get a taxi home and expected to pay for it after he got a letter saying they were keeping him overnight.
They couldn't even take my daughters blood correctly.
