I had treatment in Sept from Dr Ajis at the Nuffield Brighton, through Bupa. Throughout the entire process from booking appointments to surgery and aftercare the service and healthcare has been second to none. I would like to personally thank Dr Ajis, his PA Emily and all the lovely nurses and Drs at the Nuffield that looked after me, the high level of care exceeded my expectations. Everyone was so friendly and that puts your mind at ease, even the receptionist was super friendly! I also had surgery for a different issue at Goring BMI recently and again the service from booking appointments with Emily, through to surgery was amazing, the Dr’s and Nurses at Goring again were excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr Ajis, don’t hesitate to book with him if you’re worried at all about having surgery, as he is a top surgeon and you’re in safe hands!

Mr Ajis helped me greatly when I had foot pain last year. He listened carefully to the problems that I was having and carried out investigations to diagnose the issue. He used his clinical expertise to narrow down the cause of my foot pain which was greatly improved with a steroid injection. Such a relief not to have that pain. Following this he carried out corrective surgery to realign the big toe on my right foot which is now completely healed and in an excellent position. No more tight shoes. Many thanks.

I cannot recommend Adam Ajis high enough. I had a skiing accident in February 2019. I had an operation in France to fix multiple fractures to my ankle before I was able to fly home. 15 months later my fibular had not healed and had started to bow outwards pulling all the muscles and tendons between my fibular and tubular. The NHS waiting list was 12 months +. I was suffering with pain after walking for only 10 minutes so decided to go private. In June 2020 I made a few enquires about getting it fixed privately and the response wasn't very positive. Mostly telling me it won't be possible due to covid. Speaking to a friend about it she highly recommended Adam Ajis who had fixed her achilleas heal. I emailed Mr Ajis personal assistant Emily and her response was fast and very friendly, already putting me at ease that an operation would be possible during the challenging time of covid. I received second to none service thoroughout the whole process. Adam Ajis is clearly top of his game. I had very little pain following the operation. My fibular has fully healed and after almost 2 years I can finally enjoy walking again. I can play tennis again and even get back to kick boxing! Owen, my appointed Physio was also extremely helpful and instrumental in ensuring that I would fully recover. A stress and worry free experience don't even hesitate about choosing Adam Ajis as your surgeon. You won't be disappointed! My only regret is that I didn't do it sooner.

Having had a replacement and fusion ankle operation, I can highly recommend the CT guided replacement ankle procedure performed by Mr Ajis at Chichester hospital . I have no pain or limp in that ankle , it’s as good as new .

Following a fall I fractured my ankle and damaged the ligament making it a not so straight forward injury. Mr Ajis explained my injury clearly & the potential long term repercussions and then went out of his way to make arrangements for the surgery to take place 2 days later. I have a long recovery ahead, but I am healing well & will always be extremely grateful to Mr Ajis for his superb skills as an ankle specialist & his very compassionate attitude towards my situation.
