It's very welcoming and all the staff are genuinely friendly and caring. My whole experience was fantastic.
Not sure about the coffee though! Use an independent and have a proper coffee machine!
The staff were very good but there were restrictions due to the pandemic. There was at times some staff shortages. The food at the hospital was well below the standard I would expect for a private hospital. I was in hospital for nearly 3 days and only had one decent meal. The rest were uneatable.
I first meet Mr Al-Mahfoudh in October 2019 when I was in spinal cord compression. He immediately put me at ease and I felt total confidence and trust in him . My operation for T6/7. Laminectomy and resection of a tumour was very successful and I regained my full mobility from needing a wheelchair & Zimmer frame back to the dance floor . Under mri surveillance, Mr Al-Mahfoudh picked up that the tumour had started to grow again and I needed another operation. I felt very thankful that I was under his expert care and cannot thank him enough for saving my mobility. He has an excellent bedside manner and took time to explain to me what was happening, he answered any questions that I had and made me feel safe in his hands. I would highly recommend him as a world class neuro surgeon ! The Nuffield and its staff are wonderfully professional and kind.
Wonderful care and attention to detail.
Lovely staff, very caring and friendly.
I have used the Nuffield on many occasions due to my various health problems. Every time I have been there I have been treated with respect and warmth.
The staff are always really knowledgeable and friendly. I have just come home from some minor surgery and wanted to give a special mention to Natalie and Peter the two nurses that looked after me so well.
I cannot express my gratitude enough to these lovely people.
Thank you once again.
