Was very pleasant and explain exactly what he was doing and did all the tests at one appointment and used text message to send me the results so I did not have to make the journey back to hospital. Care and time are important to patients and to leave your appointment with the feeling that you were listened to was most satisfying . Thank you

Dr Prandeep has been fantastic in communicating with me regarding my father. He has listened to all my concerns and explained things thoroughly and clearly to me. I have had a direct point of contact with him so have felt I’ve been kept up to date whilst my father has been in hospital.

This consultant is amazing. He totally listens to the patient. I found him very approachable and he explained about test results in terms which I could understand which was very reassuring. I would definitely recommend him to others if they are unfortunate to need respiratory care.

This Consultant is the most amazing approachable doctor I've met. He helped me with medical problems to personal and mundane issues. His bedside manner is empathic and inclusive. He never is too busy to reply to a query and is to me more than an average doctor but a friend too. He is humble and has a lovely sense of humour and is respectful. May God continue you to bless him and keep him safe and well.
