I am a regular patient and feel as if Dr Al-Shakarchi knows me and my case well. She listens well, advises when required and acts swiftly to help when it's needed. She clearly knows her stuff! She also conducts consultations using a great sense of humour, which I really enjoy. Top doctor all round!

Very approachable, asked probing questions and appeared genuinely interested in the answers. Gave detailed information about what would happen next and why. Appeared to give a thorough examination - both verbally and physically - and I was left with the impression that she would not be satisfied until she had diagnosed what has been a long running problem for me.

An amazing Dr who actually listen to me and was able to give me reassurance about the diagnosis. Now not feeling scared or anxious about the treatment plan or the nature of my illness. Other Dr's could learn a lot from her about how to treat their patients!!!!
