Extremely informative, thorough, patient, efficient. I was made to feel as if he had all the time in the world and yet he got to the point quickly and arranged follow-on X Rays to occur straight away allowing a repeat consultation with the results within the hour. The only improvement I can see to such excellent service would be if the NHS had enabled me to see Dr Jones sooner. The X ray department was remarkably efficient.

I had an appointment with Dr Hugh Jones this morning. I phoned yesterday morning and got an appointment for the very next day. How impressive is that. Dr Jones has a wicked sense of humour. Great keep it going. He is very proffesional in every way, and listen's to every thing you say. He really put's you at ease. My rheumatoid arthritis as been nicely controlled by he's care. He is one of a kind. I wish all Dr's were like him. I can't praise him enough.
