It was my first time seeing Dr.Hugh Jones in Kingston Hospital. I will definitely recommend him. He listened to you carefully and patiently wrote a management plan. Extremely happy with him. We need more doctors like him.

Dr. Jones is very professional but also very personable. So you receive great care but also gain an good understanding of your condition. His positive personality is also a great support. He has made it clear that if I need to see him I am welcome to make an appointment for any time. Such a 'fall-back' position can be vital with RA, especially while suitable treatment is being worked out. My RA is currently under control but Dr. Jones is always careful still to ensure that he asks the right questions and gives me time to explain where I am at at the moment. I would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone.

I first saw Dr Jones after 4 months of pain and being passed from one specialist to another with no real idea of the cause. Dr Jones listened entirely to all of my symptoms and examined me thoroughly. I finally felt that someone had an idea of what could be wrong with me. He also adressed my abnormal CRP which had been elevated for such a long time and got that under control. We are now 7 months down the line and I am almost pain free. I have answers to the causes of my persistent rib pain and feel assured that if my pain presents again I have a clear plan of action going forward. Thanks so much for everything and finally getting me back to some normality! I whole heartedly recommend Dr Jones.
