Friendly and welcoming and not far off appt time. Dr Jones listened well and was very clear and helpful in his responses. He took time to answer my 5 points and was up to date with medical research inc any changes and willing to offer the best help he could. He always takes into account my willingness or resistance to any changes etc. There were none today. I have confidence in him and am grateful for his diligence, expertise and time. "Thank you."

I have been a patient of Dr Jones since 2009 when I was first diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis. He has always made me feel at ease, taken away my concerns and also managed to get my symptoms under control. At my appointments I always feel very comfortable with enough time to discuss my issues. He is so easy to talk to and always very cheerful. I really appreciate Dr Jones and his team for all their hard work.
