In my opinion Dr Jones is a very professional man with substantial knowledge in his field and takes time and care towards his patients. His work is very thorough and fully documented. Always available. Deserves a bonus-Well done!

It was an outpatient appointment. Dr Jones was warm, clear & encourageing. He 'heard' what I said..in listening well, & he gave me good direction & advice. I left much more confident & reassured.

Great: Dr Jones knows exactly what is speaking about. Prior to 2009, I had seen two other doctors couldn't identify my psoriatic arthritis, whereas Dr Jones listened to my symptoms and immediately identified my condition Improve: nothing to do with Dr Jones, but the appointment times at Kingston hospital are not ideal if you have a full time job in the city. A 10am or 12pm appointment is not great.

I have every confidence in Dr Hugh Jones. He successfully treated me for three different problems. He took time to explain the condition, the different treatments and his advice. Dr Jones has a very pleasant approach with a touch of humour which is appreciated.

I have been a patient of Dr. Hugh Jones since 2000 since being diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis. He has been and continues to be a very supportive doctor he has always been there for advice. Dr. Jones has always helped me understand my illness and he always takes time during appointments so that one never feels rushed. I feel very fortunate to have Dr. Jones as my consultant he has been a great help . I cannot recommend him highly enough.
