I was very impressed how all the consultants, doctors, physios, visited the patients every morning and kept us informed on what was going on and what they intended to do. I have no complaints whatsoever, I was very well looked after both by the consultants, doctors and nursing staff. I am also very grateful to my neurosurgeon mr vasileios arzoglou for the excellent surgery and the excellent outcome very many thanks from a very grateful patient.

Mr Arzoglou was so understanding and helpful. He explained everything about in the consultations to the operation, and was about after the operation which was 10.30ish at night. He returned the following day to make sure everything was ok. Cannot thank him enough for what he did.

I am writing on behalf of my aunt who was treated by Mr Arzoglou. On review post surgery (approx 6 months) she was very impressed with his manner and that she felt that he was honest and open. She has been and still is lacking in some aspects of her memory recall, but she does remember that she really liked him! His clinic was efficient, but we were not rushed during the consultation and we covered every aspect of my aunt's recovery. His manner was very kind and he directed all his questions to my aunt rather than me. We have seen several specialists over the past 6 months and most of them directed their questions to me. I think this is probably a significant reason my aunt liked him, she didn't feel ignored. Very impressed.
