I am writing on behalf of my aunt who was treated by Mr Arzoglou.
On review post surgery (approx 6 months) she was very impressed with his manner and that she felt that he was honest and open. She has been and still is lacking in some aspects of her memory recall, but she does remember that she really liked him!
His clinic was efficient, but we were not rushed during the consultation and we covered every aspect of my aunt's recovery. His manner was very kind and he directed all his questions to my aunt rather than me. We have seen several specialists over the past 6 months and most of them directed their questions to me. I think this is probably a significant reason my aunt liked him, she didn't feel ignored.
Very impressed.
