I would trust my life in the hands of Mr Gupta. i had a reverse shoulder operation in September and am in such a good place now. Thanks to Mr Gupta and the wonderful Theatre Staff and all hospital Staff i could not have wished for better. Amazing Surgeon and amazing hospital and i can only thank everyone who was involved in my care. i had been made aware of Mr Gupta's expertise by a relative who also had had an excellent outcome regarding a complicated operation and and so pleased that i had heard about him. another small point is that when i went for my Covid test 3 days prior to my operation, the person doing the swabs asked what i was going into hospital for and i said that it was for a shoulder replacement by Mr Gupta and she immediately told me that i was in good hands. that said it all to me. just a nonchalent comment by a stranger was just lovely. i tell eveyone about him and my good outcome. he is amazing.

Mr Gupta is a highly skilled orthopaedic surgeon. He is personable, polite, very knowledgeable and put me at ease throughout the whole process. I am very pleased with the involvement in the decision making that I had throughout the process and his clear and understandable explanation of all options available at each stage. The surgical outcome has been good and successful and I would highly recommend him to any friends and colleagues who would require an orthopaedic surgeon.

I saw Dr Gupta as I had shoulder pain and a protruding sore pain on my shoulder. He did an MRI very quickly and explained very clearly what the issue was and what the plan would be. I had two cortisone injections to get me through to ease the pain and then I was operated on by keyhole surgery. Dr Gupta explained the operation and procedure to me extremely well and also calmed me before my surgery as I was a little nervous before the anaesthetic regarding the nerve block. All went well and x8 weeks on I have full movement and no pain that was there before, only when I have over done it do I feel soreness at night which eases every week. I have had great physio since the operation to strengthen my shoulder. I am very impressed by Dr Gupta and thoroughly recommend him, his team and all the places he works at. Thank you for fixing my shoulder and I look forward to golfing again in a few months!

In 2020 I tripped over and shattered my elbow. I had an operation performed by Mr Elliott but it was not successful. The same year in July I tripped over a stone and broke my right leg and right shoulder, so my right side was in a bad way. After that a doctor said I should see Mr Gupta regarding my arm. He was so good to talk to and at that time talked me into having a new elbow. Getting nearer my time of going to hospital I backed out, basically I got scared because this would mean my third operation within 18 months, also I was scared of the operation and things going wrong. Mr Guptas secretary at that time told Mr Gupta I had cancelled and my reasons, and Mr Gupta actually called me at home and arranged for me to go in and talk to him, which I did. He did not force me into anything but talked me through how it would be good for me. I am pleased I had the operation because for the first time in 2 years I can touch my face and do my hair, and that's after 8 weeks from the operation. So I am hoping it will get much better. Mr Gupta has a really good bedside manner and is very friendly. Thank You Mrs Doreen Frazer
