After my first consultation with Mr Sayegh he put my mind at ease about using mesh and what the risks of the procedure might be. I had the operation on the 9/12/20 and everything went as planned and my recovery has been problem free. I would not hesitate to put myself in his hands again should the need arise, Noel Clark.

I met Mr Sayegh following an emergency appendectomy as I required some further tests to rule out any further treatment. I found him very professional and approachable. The most important thing is that he listened to me and my concerns and totally addressed these. I was lucky enough to benefit from private medical insurance and should I need any similar tests or treatment in the future I would definitely ask for him to treat me again.

I have recently been under the care of Mr Sayegh at both Goring Hall Hospital and subsequently Worthing Hospital. When looking for a doctor and in particular a surgeon, there are two aspects of practice that one looks for; clinical skill, which is effective, safe and upto date and also an approachable demeanor. A professional you feel comfortable with and able to discuss your problems, concerns and questions really is essential. Mr Sayegh excels in both of these areas. He has excellent clinical acumen with a kind and caring approach, who allows you to converse with in a manner that is caring and as if you have all the time you need. As a doctor and someone who has worked in the NHS for over twenty-five years, I have rarely encounter a doctor and surgeon of Mr Sayegh's calibre and would recommend his care and expertise to both my own patients and family.

I first met Mr Sayegh back in February of this year when i went for a consultation regarding an inguinal hernia. The consultation was very informal but professional explaining fully the extent of my hernia plus the surgery required. I left the consultation feeling very positive about the surgery and the following rehabilitation. On the day of the surgery Mr Sayegh met me beforehand to discuss the procedure and any complications etc. I again felt at ease and confident. Following the surgery Mr Sayegh made contact before i left the hospital and informed me that all went very well and that he would be in touch at the weekend to see how i was doing. He phoned as arranged and again after a further 4 weeks to check on my progress and set out a program of rehabilitation. I am now back fitness training and golfing etc. I really cannot thank Mr Sayegh enough for all his help and personal care.

My surgery was originally booked with a different consultant but due to my own error, it may have ended up being cancelled had it not been for mr Sayegh. He changed his plans to allow my surgery to go ahead. He introduced himself beforehand and he showed care and compassion throughout my whole hospital stay. He seemed very professional and had a fantastic bedside manner. Mr Sayegh is an asset to the NHS.
