Took the time to give a full explanation about everything and also invited any questions. Didn't make me feel rushed at all. Gave aftercare information too which was reassuring.

I felt Mr Palmar had an excellent "bed side" manner, I felt he really listened to my concerns, was very reassuring and helpful in his advice. He was thoughtful about maintaining my dignity throughout the consultation
