Thank you so much, I can’t describe how lucky I am to have such kindness. The treatment I had was one of the kinds. At the beginning I had the nurse and the Surgeon together work to make the surgery a mind’s eye. The staff put me at ease and made me feel comfortable, they even helped me with a ride home after the surgery and made sure I was cared for at all times.
The best treatment I ever was here. I needed a bust treatment and what I got was beyond any kind that I could have imagined. It was really a fantastic lift, rounded and contoured. I got much more than I expected, no hitches. It was the best, one of a kind and the expertise you see, was the one true kind; no one could have done any more. I am so grateful for everything I have had, all the staff were truly amazing, kind and truly professional. The best surgery I had was here, at 111 Harley street, Dr Yannis and his team are the best ever in all areas sought

I had been mulling over getting this surgery for over 15 years. After having server assymetry from puberty.. Georgios was the second surgeon I saw... And I knew straight away, I could trust him. When a surgeon answers your questions before you've even asked them, you know your in the right hands. Very honest about results, made me feel comfortable, and went through all the options thoroughly with me so I knew what was going on at every stage. Day of surgery went very well, I was so suprised about how quickly I recovered. The results are natural and neat. Close to perfection. Best desicion I made. Now I feel alot more at ease and confident in myself. Its superficial to most, but with so much insecurity behind this, I've never been happier.

I decided to book a consultation with Georgios after a recommendation from a friend who had a breast augmentation with him. From the very first moment Georgios made me feel at ease and I knew I was in safe hands. I found the 3D simulation extremely helpful and have managed to narrow down the implant choices to 2. I was very anxious and indecisive but Georgios was always happy to answer my questions and offered me an additional consultation. I am over the moon with my result and the size choice. I couldn't be happier with the care and the communication after my surgery and I would recommend Georgios to anyone considering of having cosmetic surgery.

George was the 2nd surgeon I had a consultation with after a very uncomfortable and upsetting consultation with a different company. I was extremely nervous when meeting George but he completely put me at ease, listened to all my concerns and understood the results I was hoping to achieve. He throughly discussed all options available and made sure I fully understood all aspects of what to expect. I was also extremely happy with the aftercare and follow up appointments. I cannot recommend George highly enough, my implants are the perfect size and shape and my scars are barely noticeable they are so small and neat.

I couldn’t have asked for a more kind and knowledgable surgeon. He knew exactly which implant I should have to achieve my goals and he was courteous throughout. Aftercare has been fantastic and my scars are amazingly neat. Thanks Georgios,

Mr Georgios Orfaniotis is a fully accredited Plastic Surgeon who practices as a Consultant in both the NHS and private sector.
He holds a substantive Consultant post at Guys and St Thomas’ Hospitals London, where he regularly performs complex reconstructive and corrective surgery in the Head and Neck area. In his private practice he offers a wide range of cosmetic procedures in prime central London locations (111 Harley street, HCA-The Shard, Wellington hospital).
Georgios has obtained the Plastic Surgery Fellowship exam of the Royal College of Surgeons (FRCS Plast) and the European plastic surgery board exam (EBOPRAS). He was entered onto the GMC specialist register for Plastic surgery in 2015. He is a full member of the British Association of Plastic Surgeons (BAPRAS), the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (ISAPS) and the British Association of Head & Neck oncologists (BAHNO).
Mr Orfaniotis is one of the very few surgeons in the UK who has undertaken 3 years of advanced international fellowship training before taking his Consultant role in 2017.
