Mr Parbhoo went to great lengths to explain whet he thought was the best way to deal with the lump on the side of my nose and I was given en option of which course of treatment I preferred. The operation was carried out expertly and I felt totally at ease. He referred me on to an Oncologist for follow up radiotherapy. I have just seen him again for a follow up appointment and again felt that he explained things very clearly to me. Alan Langley

I was referred to Mr Parbhoo by my GP to investigate a lesion which had appeared on my face. When I saw Mr Parbhoo he very quickly arranged for the lesion to be investigated and performed an excision of the lesion. Having a history of skin cancer I was very anxious, Mr Parbhoo was very aware of this and went out of his way to expedite matters and to reassure me that whatever the result I would be getting the best care available. The lesion was not a skin cancer, but Mr Parbhoo's care and attention to detail did not change. It is now 4 months on, the excised area is healing well and given time will I'm sure be hardly noticeable due to Mr Parhboo's skill as a surgeon. He has assured me that if at any time I'm not happy with how the area is healing he would be more that happy to try to improve the aesthetics of the area. I would not hesitate to recommend Mr Parhboo. His calm and reassuring manner filled me with every confidence.

I had to have surgery on the lower left side of my neck to remove a lump. The operation consisted of cutting through layers of facial nerves to remove the lump from my saliva gland. There were no guarantees that after the operation I would regain all of the feeling on the lower left side of my face, neck and ear. I was very anxious on the day of the operation and Mr Parbhoo made a point of talking to me before I went into theatre. He put my mind at ease and reassured me. A year on I have thankfully been discharged. I have made a full recovery and have minimal scaring that Mr Parbhoo was able to tuck behind my ear. I felt that Mr Parbhoo went the extra mile to ensure that my outcome was as good as it is and would highly recommend him to anyone.
