It would be very difficult to make any constructive suggestions on how he or the hospital could improve to give greater care taking into account the excellent level of service that was provided. Mr Hamouda was very professional and friendly and clearly was an expert in his field not only in knowledge but also in practice. He made you feel at ease and gave you complete confidence in every aspect at consultations and on the day of the operation. I would have no hesitation in recommending him. My wife who is a seamstress was very impressed with his sewing/stitches and would employ him! There was no member of staff who I met at Kims to whom any criticism could be made and although I do not want to make a habit of hospital trips I found the whole experience very pleasant. A glass of Chablis would have been nice with my smoke salmon sandwich after the operation which is my only complaint!

Mr Hamouda gave me some really good advice, realistic goals and expectations. He is always friendly and approachable, listens to concerns and answers questions honestly.
I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone considering similar surgery, I have had fantastic result with full support and follow up with this team.

Mr Hamouda provided clear realistic advice. He answered mine and my husbands questions and my care was excellent. Aftercare was great and he took real interest and provided good advice.

Very friendly easy to talk to listens to my concerns.
I'm never 100% sure about trusting a Dr who recommends surgery if I am paying him, after all he wants my custom to pay his wage, however I allowed him to do my surgery so I must trust him a lot ! and my surgery was a great success.
Mr Hamouda is a very nice guy.

I would highly recommend Mr Ahmed Hamouda . He is extremely professional, efficient, knowledgeable and honest. He has listened to any concerns that I had and reassured me so that I felt that I could completely trust him to carry out the procedure .
