Mr Lordan carried out a successful repair to my inguinoscrotal hernia at the beginning of April 2024. I was very nervous about having the operation and had put it off for a number of years, until it got to a stage where I felt that it was imperative that it was dealt with. Mr Lordan listened sympathetically to my concerns, made me feel at ease, explained how the procedure would be carried out and the risks involved, and at no point put me under any pressure to have the operation. I found Mr Lordan at all times very helpful and approachable.

Mr Lordan was very kind, caring and very supportive during both appointments. He gave me plenty of time to express my worries about surgery, and he provided lots of information, explanations and reassurance. I felt very safe in his care, and knew after a few minutes of meeting him that I could trust him completely.

I was seen by Mr Lordan for gallbladder removal in my April 2024. Right from the start of my first initial consultation Mr Lordan was one of the nicest consultants I’ve met. He was very informative but personable too. Mr Lordan has a great way of putting your mind at ease and making the process that much smoother. I had some complications along the way with stones becoming stuck in my bile duct, even with this Mr Lordan knew the right care to give to make sure I was in safe hands. Mr Lordan shows great compassion and care towards he’s patients. Hes a real credit to the team I would also like to thank Mr Lordans medical secretary Victoria for handling all the communication with any queries I had. Victoria always came back with a quick response and always followed through with what she said. Both professionals are great assets to the team, I’m so thankful to be now out of pain and back to living a healthy life again

I had a double hernia operation at the Spire Tunbridge Wells in December 2023. It's an absolutely fantastic hospital with brilliant friendly staff from Reception, Anaesthetist, Nurses, Catering, Theatre staff and especially Mr Jeffrey Lordan who did my hernia operation. A kinder, friendlier and skilled person you could ever meet, thank you Mr Lordan. I had a follow up appointment today which as expected was a wonderful experience, the operation was a great success, my appointment with Mr Lordan was on time. As previously he was kind, friendly, professional, answered all my questions in a way I could understand without jargon. All in all a fantastic experience, would recommend and would use again , but hopefully not too soon!

I can highly recommend Jeffrey Lordan. The surgery was 1st class, as you would expect from a man of his qualifications and experience. However, he went far, far beyond just the basic high class medicine. He took time and patience and considerable care of me before, during and after. I felt completely safe in his hands and he made sure I was reassured on all aspects of my treatment of prognosis and all concerns. Bedside manner isn't a given, but Mr Lordan has such a warm caring manner, and treats all questions with respect and gives them the time and consideration needed. He hits the jackpot in my estimation. Although pleased to be discharged, fully recovered, I am sorry to not be seeing him again. I wish him continue success in his stellar career, and good luck with his research.
