Dr Hyer was on the case within 5 minutes of meeting my son, his experience and confidence in dealing with children was extreamly help full to my wife and I as stressed parents. My son found him funny. His upfront honesty with the details of the condition and treatments available is refreshing. I have now have great faith in his experience. My son saw Dr Hyer for his flat head and stiff neck. Dr Hyer was very reassuring and helped us to make informed decisions regarding our course of action.

Our little girl required assessment and treatment for a rare bowel condition. We were referred to Dr Hyer and from then on have been completely reassured about her future care. He was professional, helpful and attentive and alleviated all our original concerns. He has since then attended to all our queries, concerns and random questions without hesitation. Added to all this, our daughter is extremely fond of him.

He dealt very well with my daughter and she felt reassured by his comments. She was not made to feel like a fraud.
