Mr Chakraborti puts you at ease and engages with you, he is very clear in what he is saying to you and makes sure you fully understand what the diagnosis is and what is required. No questions trivial, he is there for you

Dr Chakraborti has produced a wonderful outcome in managing my treatment for prostate cancer and has kept me fully involved throughout my treatment and I am very grateful for his care and the. treatment that I have received from him.

I personally feel that I have a good relationship with Dr Chakraborti. I have 'White Coat Syndrome' !!! and I find Consultants, by nature, can be quite arrogant and very direct, without considering their affect on you as a person. Some can lack interpersonal skills so if you are the nervous, worrying type it can be a very traumatic experience.
However, I always feel comfortable with Dr Chakraborti. He takes time to understand what makes you tick and therefore my visits with him are more amenable and relaxed, whilst giving me his best care and attention.
I would not want to change my Consultant for all the tea in China! :-)
