This was the best hospital experience I have had in a very long time. The staff were amazing (especially Christina), they were all helpful and friendly and exceeded all expectations. The hospital was clean and very efficient with service. I could not be happier

The Cromwell was well organised and all my appointments ran to time. The staff were caring and considerate across all areas … from reception, to nursing and to the consultant.

Fantastic staff from front of house to the clinical , administrative and support staff. All lovely and caring in their approach and manner, regardless of role.

The paediatric surgery was a very positive experience. The staff were all incredibly kind and understand and guided us through the very emotional process with so much care.

The Cromwell is an amazing hospital with brilliant staff. Ed and Louis and the nursing assistants gave me the best care. Nothing was a problem. Many thanks as it made my procedure more comfortable.

From walking into the Cromwell my treatment was 5*. My care on the 4th floor, once in my room by the nurses ( Louis and Ed) was exceptional. The Nirsing assistants were the same. Nothing was to much trouble. I was obviously nervous about the procedure I was having and they all put me at ease. The food was of high quality and needed after being unable to eat all day. Discharging was so easy as well. Mr Attar came to see me at 0710, the pharmacy came up explained everything thoroughly and I walked out at 0940. Many thanks .
