The hospital in general, is excellent! Nurse Staff and Doctors are very caring. My only complaint is the kitchen/catering personnel. They made my husband feel uncomfortable, and I felt that they did not care about his needs.They were always in a rush and did not give him time to decide what to eat. They missed items from his order more than once, and when we needed to communicate with them, they would either pick up and hang up the phone or not answer it at all. They lack service, and professionalism.

The Cromwell was excellent. From the moment they took me in, to the nursing staff which were amazing, the surgery team was very kind and made me feel at ease. The attention was incredibly kind and professional, the food is very good.
