Dr Manford introduced himself, apologised for running slightly late which I find gives a good first impression. He explained why I was being seen, listened to my concerns, gave reassurance and advice. I felt I was given time and was not rushed. My care for this appointment left me feeling reassured, listened to and I had a plan. Keep up the good 'bedside' manner.

Dr Manford is an excellent doctor - He is incredibly competent and really knows his field well. I have epilepsy and he identified what kind of epilepsy it was instantly whilst every other doctor hadn't even a clue that it was epilepsy. Not only that but he is very friendly and remembers you, asks you how everything is going and is very considerate. Anyone who has this doctor is very lucky and will receive excellent care. I would highly recommend him.

Dr Manford was very friendly and approachable. He listened carefully and I did not feel rushed at all. He explained my diagnosis and the consequences clearly and also gave additional advice on how to manage the condition. He prompted me to ask any questions on several occasions and seemed to have a genuine interest and concern for my health.

My Dad saw Mr Manford today for the second time. On both occasions he was very patient, he explained things to all of us and we didn't feel at all rushed. He sorted out any appointments my Dad needed while we were there. He re examined and asked if anything had changed since he saw him last, it was good that we had continuity and he was aware of my Dads problems. He was also quite jovial which put my Dad at ease. All in all we were very impressed .
