My Dad saw Mr Manford today for the second time.
On both occasions he was very patient, he explained things to all of us and we didn't feel at all rushed.
He sorted out any appointments my Dad needed while we were there. He re examined and asked if anything had changed since he saw him last, it was good that we had continuity and he was aware of my Dads problems. He was also quite jovial which put my Dad at ease. All in all we were very impressed .
