As a private patient, there is an expectation of a certain level and standard of care. During my stay at Manor, all my expectations were exceeded. From the ancilliary staff to the nursing staff, the support professionals (Physio's etc.) and, at the very top, the consultant, made me feel as if I were the only patient in the hospital. Given the level of care required for my particular procedure, I left the hospital feeling, although in reasonable discomfort, a new person. Only time will tell whether I am!

I cannot find any fault with this hospital. I was well looked after with lots of care and attention. It was brilliant and all the staff kind and friendly. So lucky to have gone here.

I wish to thank Mr Sood who gave me a new knee he was very professional in all he did for me i would defiantly recommend him to anyone wanting knee replacement Also i would like to thank my assigned physio lady Maureen Wicks very very good her programme got me mobile very quickly i was able to play golf 8 weeks after surgery I cannot fault The Manor hospital with anything all the other staff the rooms and the food excellent

Tamara my nurse was friendly totally professional helpful’ kind and caring. However the pre assessment needs to have more communication and clarity and actions noted from it need to be seen to be sorted. I had a medical need identified at the pre assessment but it was not communicated to the medical team so my op had to postponed due to this which is totally not acceptable. What is the point of having a pre assessment if nothing is a actioned from the findings? I felt really let down by the hospital from this.

A fantastic hospital and as with my Bedford Hospital review - Mr Mahran has been fantastic. I’ve been fortunate to be both an NHS and Private patient. I highly recommend Mr Mahran and his team.

The hospital is a small unit all staff make you very welcome. I found all staff to be very attentive of my needs. I was impressed by the catering.

I feel so lucky to have a hospital like The Manor close at hand. Such a lovely building, not intimidating at all, delightful architecture and wonderful facilities. I had a shoulder replacement done at The Manor in January 2021 by Mr Malal, which has been a great success. The attention and care I received from all the staff at the Manor was second to none. I would choose The Manor above all other hospitals for any surgical procedures.
