Dr Hugh Jones - is great. He is understanding, caring, listens and takes a real interest in his patients well being. I cannot thank him enough for his kindness towards me. He has enabled me to stay on my feet, work and carry on life as normal which I didn't think possible when I first was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis many years ago. His good humour, expertise and kindness make him a very special Doctor. Dr Jones - thank you. Without you and Kate I would never have been able to manage as I do.

Dr. Hugh Jones has always given the utmost attention to my queries and spends time explaining and discussing symptoms, possible causes and treatment. Never, at any time, has he rushed through appointments. He greets all patients with a welcoming smile. His approach is one of total dedication mixed with a great sense of humour. A very polite and good natured Doctor. He was very knowledgeable and read up on my medical history. I felt very at ease talking to him and was given ample chance to ask questions.
