About 5 years ago I went to an open evening hosted by Dr Gajraj. I remember being very impressed with the treatment, especially as it was walk in walk out, and it only involved a local anaesthetic. It then took me four years to pluck up the courage to have anything done. The actual procedure was quick, easy, and I was driving the next day. Probably the worst part was having to wear a compression stocking the following week. My leg doesn't throb any more, looks great, and I now wear the shorts and skirts that I was too self conscious to wear before. Thanks to Dr Gajraj and his team who were kind, and understanding, and I would thoroughly recommend the Melbury Clinic. R. Aldridge.

I have suffered with varicose veins for over twenty years and was advised by my doctor to have them removed.The only treatment offered was vein stripping under general anaesthetic, and a long recovery period. My GP recommended a new procedure carried out by Dr. Gajraj at the Melbury Clinic. A consultation was quickly arranged and after investigation by ultra sound Dr. Gajraj advised that VNUS Closure would be suitable for my condition. He explained everything to me and answered all my concerns with kindness and understanding. Three weeks later the procedure was carried out under local anaesthetic by Dr. Gajraj and his team,who were totally professional and reassuring throughout. Dr.Gajraj gave me his personal telephone in case i needed to speak to him at any time.The aftercare was 1st class and I couldn't be more delighted with the final results.I would thoroughly recommend Dr. Gajraj and his team. I never write reviews but I feel compelled to share the positive experience I have had at the Melbury Clinic. For years I have been putting off having treatment for my varicose veins because I didn't want to go into hospital or have a general anaesthetic. Then I learnt about Dr Haroun Gajraj at the Melbury Clinic.I was able to self refer myself so I went along for a consultation. I immediatley felt at ease as all the staff were friendly and very professional. Dr Gajraj gave me a tailor made treatment plan and price for the work I needed on both my legs. Every step of the treatment was clearly explained and all my questions answered nothing was too much trouble for the team. I was able to walk in with confidence and have my treatment under local anaesthetic one afternoon in a relaxed efficient atmosphere. After my treatment I was given Dr Gajraj's mobile number so if I had any problems or concerns I could contact him anytime. Everything about my treatment was trouble free but at all times I knew that Dr Gajraj and the staff at the Melbury Clinic were there if I needed them. The results I have had are spectacular you would never know that I have ever had varicose veins. So I can't thank Dr Gajraj enough for the professional caring treatment I have received at the Melbury Clinic. It was absolutely amazing value for money the price I was quoted at the beginning never changed regardless of any follow up treatment I needed.
